An upset former Senior Development Recruiter in Las Vegas, NV said this in a review published by CAREERBLISS about the work environment IN ROBERT HALF: "I would not recommend this company as a place to work or that allows for improvement to valuable and hard-working individuals."
Former Employee - Receptionist says"I worked at Robert Half full-time for less than a year Cons: The most sexist experience I've ever faced in the workplace. I was brought in for a sales representitive position but they told me upon arrival that I was actually interviewing for a receptionist position. I was told I would need to work for 5-8 years minimum as a receptionist at minimum wage before moving up. I have three years experience as a national sales representitive in B2B sales and a bachelor's degree from a notable university. If I was a man with this experience, they would have never asked me to work front desk. I was told the man I would work under was hard to deal with by many associates. The man wasn't available the day of my in person interview so they set up a phone interview. After being on the phone for several minutes he asked to facetime me because he wanted to make sure I was "nice to look at" since he would see me everyday. This company is disgusting."
Current Employee - Recruiting Manager says"I have been working at Robert Half full-time Cons: Work life balance sucks and questionable ethics by management."

Former Employee - Customer Support Lead says"I worked at Robert Half full-time for more than 3 years Cons: - Micromanagement, micromanagement, micromanagement. They cannot simply allow anyone to do their jobs which erodes confidence and trust within the organization. - Salary is very much below the market rates - Benefits are so expensive that no one, unless you make a good deal over 6 figures which most don't, can even afford them - Food trucks are nice, but overpriced"
Former Employee - Staffing Manager says"I worked at Robert Half full-time for less than a year Cons: High pressure environment with a strong emphasis on sales."
Former Employee - Recruiter says"I worked at Robert Half full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Management is terrible Coworkers stab you in the back Kill or be killed attitude Dangling a carrot in your face is fun for them"
Current Employee - Accounting Consultant says"I have been working at Robert Half full-time for more than a year Cons: Depending on what client they send you to, pay can vary significantly. I went from a job that was paying double what I'm making now, and you don't really have a choice on what job you can take on."
Former Employee - Staffing Manager says"I worked at Robert Half full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Senior management has little respect for those who are doing all the work. Long hours. They tell you your bonus outlook to be 6m-year and then it turns out you actually owe the company money. When laying off employees they blindsided them by putting meetings on the calendar 15 min prior to being told they were “terminated”. So many young professionals were really damaged by RH."
Former Employee - Staffing Manager says"I worked at Robert Half full-time for more than a year Cons: It’s a “watch your back” kind of work environment. All the managers sit right next to you and whisper to their bosses, over the phone, about you. It was terrible. I was actually pretty good but I’m convinced they want you to fail."
Former Employee - Marketing Coordinator says"I worked at Robert Half full-time Cons: Took 50% of what the contracting company was paying for me to work there."
